Establishment of evaluation system of satisfaction of urban water supply services
摘要
Abstract
The satisfaction of various indexes is obtained through the case study of water supply services in Nanjing City. The cross analysis is carried out. The application of satisfaction questionnaire to water resources sector is investigated. Specific suggestions are proposed so as to supply references for researches and applications of satisfaction of water supply services.关键词
