摘要

Abstract

Progress of biotransformation technology of steroid compounds was reviewed. The selection of steroid raw materials, selection and improvement of microbial strain and new technologies of biotransformation were discussed, including physical/chemical solubilizing of substrates, new transformation system and improvement of cell permeability. It is forecasted that the proportion of biotransformation technologies increased in the industrial production process of steroid hormone drugs.
