Abstract
Asthma is a polygenic genetic disease formed by the interaction of genetic and environmental fac -tors. With the continuous development of molecular biology and genetics , the study of asthma related genes increasing depth in recent years. This article reviewed the latest research progress of asthma related genes , such as CHI3L1, 0RMDL3, ADRB2, IL-4, IL-4R, IL-43 and IFN-γ.关键词
