Effects of Yeast Culture on the Growth and Development of Anhui White Goat and Boer Goat

Abstract
Anhui White Goat and Boer Goat were choosed in this study. Effects of yeast culture on the growth and development of them were discussed. The results showed that, in terms of body weight, the total weight gains in the experimental groups increased by 33.79%, 11.76% and 18.00% respectively than the control groups in group A, group B and group C. And in group A, there were significant differences (P<0.01) between the experiment group and the control in total weight gain and average daily gain. For the body size, significant difference (P<0.05) was observed between the experiment group and the control in group A about the growth of body length, and the same difference (P<0.05) was found between the experiment group and the control in group C about the growth of rump width. Furthermore, the growth of body height got significant difference (P<0.01) between the experiment group and the control in group A. In A, B and C groups, the average profit of each goat in the experiment groups were higher than those in the control groups by 5.87, 4.14 and 8.05 yuan respectively.关键词
