大蒜干腐病病原菌的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Garlic Dry Rot Disease Pathogen
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the pathogens of garlic dry rot disease, this study used the susceptible garlic ( Allium sativum L. ) strain Z-1001 for pathogen isolation, single-spore purification and pathogenicity determination. The results revealed that the F strain and J strain were main garlic dry rot pathogenic strains. The results of pathogen morphology observation and rDNA ITS sequence analysis showed that F strain was Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht, while J strain was Fusarium proliferatum ( Matsush. ) Nirenberg, which in turn revealed that F. oxysporum Schlecht and F. proliferatum ( Matsush. ) Nirenberg were the main pathogens of garlic dry rot disease.关键词
