Problems and suggestions for environmental testing of laboratory animal facilities in Hubei Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective Based on the results of environmental testing of the 2012 annual laboratory animal license in Hubei Province, we will discuss the results and problems, and make suggestions to promote the reliable management of experimental animal facilities in Hubei Province. Methods The microenvironment was monitored by 30% sampling inspection of 41 regions in 40 institutions according to the Laboratory Animal-Requirements of Environment and Housing Facilities GB14925-2010. Results Except the air velocity and maximum average concentration settlement bacteria, some other indexes did not meet the national standards. Conclusions We would suggest to strengthen the laboratory animal facility management and personnel training, and to improve the management level and overall environmental conditions of laboratory animal facilities in Hubei Province.关键词
