4种重金属对参环毛蚓金属硫蛋白诱导特性的研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study on inducing characteristics of 4 heavy metals to Pheretima aspergillum metallothioneins (MTs) by silver saturation analysis. METHODS: After 30 days inducing to P. aspergillum with Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn, MTs were extracted and replaced by Ag. The contents of MTs were determined by atomic absorption. RESULTS: Cd and Pb induce more MTs in organs than in muscle, while the result of Zn induction is just the opposite. Cu induce almost the same amount of MTs both in organs and muscle. CONCLUSION: These 4 heavy metals differ in their inducing characteristics towards P. aspergillum MTs. Silver saturation analysis is simple, fast and accurate method that can be used in accurate quantitation of MTs.关键词
