川芎的UPLC指纹图谱研究OACSCDCSTPCD
Study on UPLC Fingerprints of Ligusticum chuanxiong
目的:建立川芎的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱.方法:色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-0.03%磷酸水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为274 nm,流速为0.35 ml/min,柱温为30℃.结果:首次建立了川芎的UPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标定了18个共有峰,结合保留时间和紫外光谱分析,指认了咖啡酸、香草醛、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、洋川芎内酯H、丁基苯酞、藁本内酯和丁烯基苯酞的峰位…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE: To establish UPLC fingerprint of Ligusticum chuanxiong. METHODS: The determination was performed on ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.03% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.35 ml/min.
