我院2009-2011年门诊不合理中成药处方分析
Analysis of Irrational Outpatient Prescriptions of Chinese Patent Medicine in Our Hospital during 2009-2011

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To standardize outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine, and to promote rational use of Chinese patent medicine. METHODS: 5 100 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine were collected from our hospital during 2009 - 2011, and irrational prescriptions were analyzed to put forward some suggestions. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS: The irrational prescriptions accounte for 21.65%, among which unqualified writing, irrational drug use and extraordinary prescriptions occupy 18.12%, 3.12% and 0.41%. There are some problems in the prescriptions such as incomplete prescription, improper usage and dosage, and overdose. It is suggested to strengthen the awareness of physicians on standard prescription writing, develop communication of pharmacist and physicians, and establish prescription quality management system to improve the quality of outpatient prescription.关键词
