目的 分析总结妊娠期子宫颈癌病例的临床特征及诊治体会.方法 回顾性分析22例妊娠期子宫颈癌患者的临床资料.结果 12年余共收治妊娠期子宫颈癌患者22例,发生率为0.36/1000次妊娠.所有病例均经病理证实,病理类型均为鳞状细胞癌.早期妊娠11例(Ⅰ期7例,Ⅱ期4例),均终止妊娠后,根据肿瘤分期行相应治疗.中期妊娠7例(Ⅰ期3例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期2例):1例Ⅰb2期保胎至胎儿成熟后于剖宫产同时行根治性手术；1例Ⅲb期,仅行剖宫取胎术；余5例最终行根…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment experience of cervical cancer in pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 22 women with cervical cancer in pregnancy between January 2000 and April 2012. Results The incidence of cervical cancer in pregnancy was 0.36/1 000 deliveries in the past 12 years. All of the pathological results indicated squamous cell carcinoma.
