妊娠期子宫颈癌22例临床分析
Cliniacl Analysis of 22 Cervical Cancer during Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment experience of cervical cancer in pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 22 women with cervical cancer in pregnancy between January 2000 and April 2012. Results The incidence of cervical cancer in pregnancy was 0.36/1 000 deliveries in the past 12 years. All of the pathological results indicated squamous cell carcinoma. There are 11 patients in early pregnancy (7 in stage Ⅰ, 4 in stage Ⅱ ), accepted the anti-tumor therapy after abandoning the fetus. There were 7 cases (3 in stage Ⅰ ,2 in stage Ⅱ ,2 in stage Ⅲ ) were in middle pregnancy,one accepted the tocolytic therapy,one lost the chance of operation for the late stage,and the other 5 patients had the radical operation finally. During a follow-up of 3~ 93 months, 4 cases died and 3 cases lost.Totally, 5 neonates were bom, 3 babies are healthy, 1 baby was dead and 1 case was lost. Conclusion To the patients in early stage,we could take consideration of the birth request. However,the mother's life should be given prior consideration to these patients in late stage.关键词
