Content Determination of Hesperidin in Sanqi Shengwei Pills by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination the hesperidin content in Sanqi Shengwei Pills. Methods The Agela Venusil MP C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetic acid solution (containing glacial acetic acid 25 mL per 1 000 mL of water) - methanol(65 : 35) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 284 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 062 28 - 0. 622 8 μg (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 99.40% with RSD 1. 22% ( n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple,sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for the content determination of this product.关键词
