高效液相色谱法测定全鹿丸中齐墩果酸含量
Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Alrodeer Pill by HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of oleanolic acid in Alrodeer Pill. Methods The Phenomenex C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of 0.045% glacial acetic acid (adjusting pH value to 4.0 with triethylarnine) - acetonitrile(12 : 88). The detecting wavelength was 210 nm, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0.268 1 -8.936 μg for oleanolic acid (r = 0.999 8),the average recovery rate was 100. 26% ( RSD = 1. 56% ). Conclusion The method is highly sensitive, quick and accurate with good repeatability, which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of Alrodeer Pill.关键词
