妇科调经胶囊的显微特征及薄层色谱鉴别
Microscopic Features of Fuketiaojing Capsules and Its Identification by Thin Layer Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality control method for Fuketiaojing Capsules. Methods Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizome Atractylodes and Corydalis Rhizome in the prescription were identified by microscopy. Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi and Corydalis Rhizome in Fuketiaojing Capsules were qualitatively indentified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) method. Results The microscopic features of Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi and Corydalis Rhizome were clear. In TLC,the special spots of Radix Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperi and Corydalis Rhizome were detected respectively without the interference of negative control. Conclusion The TLC method is a simple and feasible with strong specificity and good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Fuketiaojing Capsules.关键词
