Promoting Effect of Wujia Biochemical Capsule on Involution of Uterus in 250 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the promoting effect of Wujia Biochemical Capsule in promoting involution of uterus of parturient woman after vaginal delivery. Methods Five hundred parturient women with full - term vaginal delivery were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly and equally. The observation group was orally given Wujia Biochemical Capsule after delivery, twice a day, 6 capsules each time, for 4 d. The control group was intramuscularly injected by oxytocin 10 U and oxytocin 10 U adding to Murphy's tube in intravenous drip immediately at delivery. Results The lochia duration less than 42 d was in 240 cases (96.00% ) in the Wujia Biochemical Capsule group and in 215 cases (86.00%) in the control group, postpartum vaginal bleeding more than 200mL was in 12 cases(4. 80% ) in the observation group and And 60 cases(24. 00% ) in the control group,the differences between the two groups showing statistical significance ( P < 0. 05). Additionally, the observation group could apparently promote the involution of postpartum uterus, shorten postpartum lochia duration and relieve postpartum uterine contractile pain. Conclusion Wujia Biochemical Capsule has the remarkable promoting effect on the involution of uterus after delivery and may prevent late postpartum hemorrhage in certain degree.关键词
