基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的颜正华治疗便秘用药规律研究
Analysis on TCM Master Yan Zhenghua's Medication Rule in Prescriptions for Constipation Based on Apriori and Clustering Algorithm

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication rule and experience of professor Yan Zhenghua for constipation. Methods Collect the prescriptions of Yan Zhenghua for constipation, input the data into TCM inheritance support system and analyze composing principles by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results Based on the analysis of 37 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 10 core combinations and 2 new prescriptions were mined out from the database. Conclusion Professor Yan Zhenghua is good at moistening intestines and moving qi to relieve constipation.关键词
