摘要

Abstract

According to the solidification characteristics in squeeze casting process and the partial differential equations of high thermal conductivity, the calculation model (FDM format) wass used for temperature field numerical simulation; dynamic isolated multi-molten pool judgment method wass used to determine the position of the pool; and FEM wass used to calculate the pressure of pool center. If the pressure of molten pool center downs to 0, liquid metal, closed in the scale, will solidify in the condition of no pressure and with feeding shrinkage in accordance with gravity feeding method. The equivalent liquid surface descending method of isolated molten pool was used to predict the formation of shrinkage defect, the simulation results were very closed to the experimental result.
