Optimization on Casting Process for K6 Swing Bolster Based on ProCAST
摘要
Abstract
Combined with practice, the filling flow field and casting analysis the solidification temperature field of B+level swing bolster were simulated with software ProCAST, the tendency to shrinkage, shrinkage and cracks appearing and their position were predicted. On this basis, the reasons causing the casting defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage in actual casting process were analyzed, and the casting process for the swing bolster castings was optimized according to the simulation results.关键词
