摘要

Abstract

Taking the injection die design for the wheel in toy car as an example, the key technologies of integrating die designing and machining based on CAD/CAM technology were elaborated, and the basic ideas and steps, the processing process and its parameter setting and other key issues in die design and manufacture were introduced. Using CAD technology can greatly improve the level of die design and the quality of machining, improve work efficiency and reduce the production cost.
