摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To probe the relation between the content of diester type and monoester type diterpenoid alkaloids in total alkalois and their hydrolysis products and the genuineness of Radix aeoniti lateralis. [ Method] Using HPLC analysis method, the content of diester type and monoester type diterpenoid alkaloids in total alkalois ami their hydrolysis products of Radix aeoniti lateralis was detected. [ Result] The content of diester type diterpenoid alkaloids of total alkaloidals from Radix aeoniti lateralis in Jiangyou, Sichuan Province was higher than that of in Yunnan and Hubei Province. The content of aconitine, mesaconitine, and hypaconitine were 0. 081% , 0. 161 and 0.314, respectively. The content of diester type diterpenoid alkaloids of hydrolysis products of total alkaloidals of Radix aeoniti lateralis in Jiangyou, Sichuan Province was 0. 004% , and the monoester type diterpenoid alkaloids was 0. 146% . The contents of benzoylaconine, benzoylmesaconine, benzoyl-hypaconine were 0. 016% , 0. 080% and 0.050% , respectively. [ Conclusion] The content of diester type diterpenoid alkaloids of total alkaloids of Radix aeoniti lateralis in Jiangyou, Sichuan Province was high, and the content of diester type and monoester type diteqjenoid alkaloids of their hydrolysis product was up to specification of Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China in 2010.
