生根剂及基质处理对“阿诺红”忍冬扦插生根的影响
Effects of Hormones and Substrates on Rooting of Lonicera tatarica ‘ Arnold red' Cutting
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the softwood cutting technology of Lonicera tatarica ' Arnold red'. [ Method ] Softwood stems of Lonicera tatarica ' Arnold red' were treated by various rooting hormones and inserted into different substrates, then cultured in the environment of all-optical spray. [ Result] Hormones were able to facilitate rooting obviously; Different performances of rooting were also observed as a result of various substrates; Softwood cuttings rooted best with 100% rooting rate when treated with 200 mg/L ABT2 solution for 2 h and cultured in vermiculite. [Conclusion] The optimal cuttage of Lonicera tatarica ' Arnold red' can be achieved after treated by appropriate hormones and substrates.关键词
