Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the disease cause of broiler chicken in the farms of Dehui and Nongan regions of Jilin Province. [Method] Based on epidemiological investigation, autopsy of lesion, laboratory diagnosis, the disease cause of broiler chicken in the farms of Dehui and Nongan regions of Jilin Province was confirmed. And some comprehensive prevention and control measures were put forward. [ Result] Through epidemiological investigation, autopsy of lesion, laboratory diagnosis, it was confirmed as the mixed infection of atypical newcastle disease with Escherichia coli and mycoplasma. Finally, some diagnosis methods and comprehensive prevention and control measures were put forward. [ Conclusion ] The research could provide effective control methods and reference experiences for this disease in the breeding of broiler chicken.关键词
