Design and Implementation of Platform for Agricultural Meteorological Decision Service System
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve agrometeorologieal service level, strengthen the agricultural disaster prevention and reduction ability of meteorological disasters, the agricultural decision-making meteorological service system platform was designed and realized. By using the meteorological data and forecast products, according to agricultural production and crop growth dynamic, spatial variation of growth adaptability domain integrated meteorological background, agricultural production and environmental capacity and average crop development period, the counter-measures for adapting weather change and the knowledge and experience of the service table were established, with the help of computer and modern communication network technology, the database, decision-making theory, experience and method software were realized.关键词
