Weather Forecast Localization Scoring System
摘要
Abstract
The quality of weather forecast is not only the daily business assessment of the meteorological departments, but also a concrete manifestation which can represent the vocational level of each meteorological stations and forecasters. The weather forecast scoring system is programmed by using the Microsoft Visual Basic and Access Database. It can assess the quality of weather forecast timely. The efficiency of weather forecast quality assessment was greatly improved since the system has been put into use from January 2012. It could be widely used in other urban meteorological departments for its property stability, friendly interface, convenience, preciseness and reliable performance.关键词
