A Literature Review of the Connection Problems of Rural Poverty Reduction Policy and Rural Area Minimum Life Ensures Policy
摘要
Abstract
Through reviewing relevant literatures about rural poverty reduction policy and rural area minimum life ensure policy and their connection problem, some points of views were put forward: we must realize that poverty is beyond the economic category, it involves a lot of factors, such as social capital, natural resources, infrastructure, health, education, social justice, etc. Hence, we should use the vision of social development and empirical research to find out problems and solve the problems; In addition, we should make the most of the poor people's function, knowing about exactly what they need and what they think, by this way the two policies can be connected efficiently.关键词
