Abstract
In this paper, firstly, the LB technique is used to study adding the amount of cholesterol, the subphase pH value, adding the amount of film forming matter and other factors on the impact of phosphatidylglycerol monolayers, followed by the use of orthogonal experimental method to study these factors for phosphatidylglycerol monolayers's effect. Finally, the method of pole-poor analysis is used to get the adlayer film quality of the primary and secondary order and the conditions of the preparation of the best PG monolayers. The results show that the best conditions for the amphiphilic molecules PG: Sub-phase for the MgCl2, adding the amount of film forming material is 30 μL, subphase pH of 6.8, adding the amount of cholesterol is 20 μL. The order of affecting PG film quality of the single-molecule was that factor B is highly significant, factors A is significant, factor C is less significant, and D is the least significant.关键词
