摘要

Abstract

A proposal for establish high energy density arc in hyper-normal mode under the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding condition is put forward.The main mechanisms for enhancing energy density are according to the effects of self-magnetic convergence and thermal-ionization.The physical structure is based on multi-electrode for arc aggregation.It would enhance argon ionization degree and higher arc energy density under circumstances in the proposal.Furthermore,the efficacy of the arc coupling with high frequency pulsed current is investigated to obtain better joint property.
