Abstract
The super duplex stainless steel 2507 is widely used in Cl- ,CO2 and H2S high volume containing severe corrosion environment since the extremely superior high anti -corrosion resistance properties, high strength mechanical property and the comparatively low cost.The main properties of the 2507 steel have been introduced in this paper.The welding technique of 2507 steel has been discussed here through welding tests, post-weld mechanical test, corrosion test and metallographic ferric ratio measurement and analysis.It's concluded that the right of welding materials, the composition of shielding and purging gas and suitable welding parameters are the key factors that to result in sound welds to meet both the mechanical and anti-corrosion requirements.关键词
