摘要

Abstract

PIasma-MIG welding is a kind of hybrid arc welding method, and a promising technology which can be widely used in industry and attracts attention of the researchers worldwide.Plasma-MIG welding is compounded of two different kinds of heat source-plasma welding and MIG welding which achieves reciprocal advantages and improves the efficiency and quality of welding.This paper introduces research progress of plasma-MIG welding,analyzes the principle and characteristics of plasma-MIG welding,and also introduces the structure of plasma-MIG welding device, including the worldwide application of plasma-MIG welding, the structure and system of plasma-MIG welding device and the torch of plasma-MIG welding device.According to the application prospect of plasma-MIG welding,this paper puts forward the research direction of compound welding finally.
