Abstract
Double wire welding contributes to a considerable increase in welding speed and productivity as well as the production of good-looking and high-quality welds.Related Research has been carried out by welding research institutes and manufacturers in China.In most cases,however,the conventional collecting and detecting system of welding arc electric signals can only be applied to single wire welding.We have designed and realized a four-channel welding arc dynamic wavelet analyzer capable of collecting electric signals conducted through four channels in double wire welding.Allowing user calibration prior to its use,the analyzer features collecting alternating current electric signals,range switch,compatibility with ISA and PCI data acquisition cards and so forth. Therefore,it supports debugging and detection of double wire welding machines.This article gives a detailed description of its hardware structure,particularly making a comparison of technical index between the above two types of data acquisition cards. Moreover,the thesis elaborates on procedures for acquiring and writing the gain code of its software system.关键词
