摘要

Abstract

Considering the high requirement of the accuracy of energy control and the complexity of matching process parameter in MIG welding for sheet aluminum alloy, this thesis summarized one method of matching and optimization the technological parameter in sheet aluminum alloy welding with pulsed MIG welding. The method came from the analysis report about the phenomena of a three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment of which the factors were the technological parameters in welding 2 mm sheet aluminum alloy. Then the validity of the method was proved by achieving the smooth weld shape on the thinner 1mm aluminum alloy sheet with pulsed MIG welding.
