摘要

Abstract

Multi-layer and multi-pass welding test of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy thick plate on railway vehicles was conducted.The courses of welding distortion was analyzed.Sysweld software was used to simulating welding distortion and stress field.Welding distortion were effectively controlled through optimized welding technology, adjusting seam distributing on both sides and designing rational backward deformation.Welding stress was decreased about 12.2%.
