辣木作为新型植物性蛋白质饲料的研究进展
Research Advances in Moringa as a New Plant Protein Feed
摘要
Abstract
Moringa is the most ' underutilized' multipurpose crop. It is characterized with high yield, rich nutrition, wide adaptability, simple cultural methods and strong stress resistance. It includes 23. 0% to 43. 5% crude protein and 5.9% crude fibre on dry matter base which meet a criterion of good protein feed. The development of its resources can make up for the traditional protein feed shortage problem. This article summarized the moringa' s biological characteristics, resources character, and the research development of moringa as the plant protein feed. It is aimed at providing reference for developing and studying a new plant protein feed.关键词
