Vector control strategy with field weakening for hybrid stepping motor

摘要

Abstract

The field weakening pricinple is researched and a wide adjustable speed control strategy for hybrid stepping motor ( HSM) close - loop drive system is proposed, in which the control strategy with d - axes current equal to zero in constant torque operation and field weakening strategy applied in constant power operation are combined to decrease the loss in low speed range and improve the performance in middle and high speed range. The results of experiment show that the loss of hybrid stepping motor (HSM) close -loop drive system is decreased and the speed operation range is increased.
