不同着色剂对孔雀鱼雌鱼生长和体色的影响

摘要
Abstract
The effects of different painting substance on the growth and body color of female Poecilia reticulate with jacinth tail fin have been studies. Poecilia reticulate (body weight was 0. 46 ± 0. 02 g) were reared with basal diet adding xanthophylls(200 mg·kg-1)、 astaxanthin(200 mg·kg-1 and vitamin A(30 000 IU·kg-1) + vitamin E(200 mg·kg-1 ). The results indicated that different painting substance had not significant effects on the relative weight gain rate, food efficiency and livability of Poecilia reticulate (P > 0. 05) ; R value of tail fin was significantly lower than control group when reared with xanthophylls and astaxanthin (P < 0. 05 ) ; no significant differences showed up when reared with vitamin A + vitamin E(P>0.05); nor did significant differences in G value and B value in all groups(P>0.05).关键词
