妊娠期高血压疾病的产科治疗效果观察
The efficacy of obstetric treatment for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of obstetric treatment for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods The data on 110 women with gestational hypertension who had been hospitalized during the period of September 2008 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two hours after treatment and nursing,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,and heart rate were significantly decreased,with a significant statistical difference (P＜0.05).There were 79 cases of Cesarean section and 31 cases of natural childbirth.No deaths occurred; and all the neonates survived,with a minimum weight of 1300g.Low birth weight infants,premature infants,and those with severe asphyxia were transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit for further treatment and nursing care.The incidence rate of complications was significantly higher in women with of preeclampsia than in those with other types of hypertension.Conclusions Strengthened gestational care,proper prenatal examinations and standardized system management during pregnancy is helpful in monitoring and assessing gestational disorders.Proper treatment and effective care ensure maternal and child health.关键词
