螺旋CT扫描对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值
The diagnostic value of spiral CT scanning for small peripheral lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT scans and thin slice reconstruction for small peripheral lung cancer.Methods 15 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules (＜2cm in diameter) found by physical examination received spiral CT scans and enhanced scans.The images were resolved into thin slices and reconstructed by the computer software; the small pulmonary nodules and their surroundings on CT scans were observed.Results 13 patients were diagnosed as lung cancer (adenocarcinoma in 11 patients and squamous carcinoma in 2 patients) and received timely surgical treatment.The nodules enlarged in two patients on enhanced CT scans during follow-up and were confirmed as lung adenocarcinoma after surgery.Conclusions Spiral CT scans and thin slice reconstruction has a higher clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer.关键词
