改良足背动脉穿刺技巧及方法在ICU采血中的研究
Skills and methods of modified dorsalis pedis artery puncture for blood withdrawal in ICU

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of dorsalis pedis artery puncture for blood withdrawal in ICU.Methods 210 critically ill patients in ICU received puncture of femoral artery,radial artery,and foot dorsal artery.The success rate of puncture,incidence of hematoma,and rate of mistaken venous puncture were analyzed,and the effect of blood withdrawal and adverse reactions were assessed.Results The primary success rate of puncture was for 64.29％ femoral artery,92.86％ for dorsalis pedis,and 71.43％ for radial artery (x2 =20.05,P＜0.05).Conclusions Dorsalis pedis artery puncture has a higher success rate of blood withdrawal and has fewer adverse reactions than radial artery and femoral artery puncture.It can timely reflect the state of internal environment and changes of disease severity and can make medical staff to manage symptoms properly.It is convenient for nurses,saves work time,improve efficiency and quality of work,relieves pain,and improve the cure rate in patients.关键词
