Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of different injection methods of carbon nano tracer in sentinel lymph node of breast cancer.Methods 66 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups.One group received subcutaneous injections of carbon nano suspension arrounding the areola and the other group received peritumoral injections of carbon nano suspension.The detection rate,accuracy,sensitivity,and false negative rate were detected in both groups after the procedures.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the detection rate,accuracy,sensitivity,and false negative rate (P＞0.05).Conclusions Two approaches of injection can achieve a desired result in sentinel lymph node biopsy with carbon nano tracer.Areolar subcutaneous injection is more convenient and is worth popularizing.关键词
