临床护士离职原因相关性分析及对策探讨
The related factors of nurse resignation and the exploration of strategies

Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of nurse resignation,and to explore the strategies for lowering the rate of nurse resignation and improving the management of nursing resources.Methods The causes of resignation were investigated in 75 resigned nurses by self-designed questionnaires including telephone or e-mail interviews.Results A majority of nurses (36.00%) resigned because of insufficient family support; heavy workload,greater work pressure,and poor value of nursing were the main reasons for nurse resignation; age,education,marital status and professional recognition were also the factors of resignation.Conclusions The managing staff should pay attention to nurse resignation,take active measures,allocate human resources properly,construct the platform for professional development,implement humanized management,stabilize the nursing team,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing care.关键词
