Abstract
Objective To investigate application and experiences of sequential segmental ultrasonography for fetal heart disease in the medium trimester pregnancy in primary hospital.Methods 687 cases of fetuses aged from 22 to 28 weeks were examined by sequential segmental ultrasonography to screen fetal cardiac malformationgs.Results In 687cases,5 cases of fetal congenital heart disease were detected and 1 case was missed.The detection rate was 83.3％ (5/6).Conclusions Sequential segmental ultrasonography can improve the detection of fetal congenital heart disease.It could shorten the examination time and be applied in the primary hospital for screening fetal congenital heart disease.关键词
