Comparative study on the efficacy of anatomy locking proximal humeral plate and cloverleaf plate in treatment of proximal humeral fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of anatomy locking proximal humeral plate in treatment for proximal humeral fractures.Methods In our hospital 33 cases with proximal humeral fractures were conducted with anatomic proximal humeral plate fixation and 27 cases treated with clover plate,the clinical effects of two groups were analyzed.Results excellence rate of the control group was 66.67％,and 93.94％ in the study group,the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05.Conclusion Anatomic proximal humeral plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures has significant effect,and should be widely applied.关键词
