美金刚联合通心络治疗遗忘型轻度认知障碍的研究
Study on memantine combined with tongxinluo in treatment for amnes-tic mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the method of memantine combined with tongxinluo in treatment for amnes-tic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI).Methods We retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 70 cases of patients affected with aMCI from December 2010 to August 2012,they were randomly divided into treatment group (memantine combined with Tongxinluo capsule) and control group (single memantine),35 cases for each group,half a year later,we compared the efficacy of the treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of mini mental state exam (MMSE) and delayed story recall (DSR) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Adverse reaction,which was caused by drug intake,did not appear in the patients of both groups.Conclusion The method of memantine combined with tongxinluo,only has good curative effect,but without non-toxic side effects in the treatment of aMCI,it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,accelerate their recovery.So it is worth for applying in clinic.关键词
