摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of highly sensitive cardiac troponin T,cardiac enzymes and C-reactive protein in the detection of child patients with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD).Methods From May 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital 72 cases of HFMD children were selected as the observation group,other 48 healthy children were selected as a control group,we detected and comparatively analyzed the children of the two groups in highly sensitive cardiac troponin T,cardiac enzymes and C-reactive protein differences.Results In the children of observation group,high sensitivity cardiac troponin T and myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protein were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Different degrees of myocardial damage are often detected in HFMD children,and the detection of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T,cardiac enzymes and C-reactive protein can better assist clinical diagnosis.关键词
