降温仪在重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效观察与护理
Curative effect observation and nursing of temperature lowering instrument in treating patients with severe craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the function and curative effect of the temperature lowering instrument to relieve severe craniocerebral injury patients with a high body temperature and intracranial pressure.Methods From May 2010 to Mav 2012 in our hospital 55 routine emergency patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided for clinical research groups.Two groups used conventional care in the intensive care unit (ICU),control cooling used physical ice bag,the observation group cooling used temperature lowering instrument.The two groups were observed cooling condition before and after treatment as well as the intracranial pressure situation.Results Observation group obviously had greater cooling effect than that in control group (P＜0.01),and intracranial pressure in observation group also declined much more significantly (P＜0.01).Conclusion Temperature lowering instrument can relieve the conditions of body temperature increasing and intracranial pressure getting higher in severe craniocerebral injury patients.关键词
