摘要

Abstract

Generally, PLC actual control program with actuator cost high, but long debugging cycle. A semi-physical simulation method is introduced, by configuration software and PLC constructed industrial control system. Through the simulation system of elevator control system constructed by Kingview software and FX2N series of PLC, KingView 6. 5 GUI designe, database setup, dynamic drawing connecting, and communication format seting between configuration software and PLC are presented in detail. Through the test and analysis of this elevator control simulation system, supervisory control may realize the debugging and semi-physical simulation of control system.
