偶氮胭脂红B共振散射光谱法测定硫酸庆大霉素
Determination of Gentamycin Sulfate with Azocarmine B by Resonance Light Scattering Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
In Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pH 2. 8, when azocarmine B reacts with gentamycin sulfate (GEN) to form association complex, the resonance light scattering signal (RLS) of system can be enhanced. The maximum scattering peak is 285 nm and the enhanced RLS intensity is proportional to the concentration of GEN. Based on that, a new method for the determination of GEN is developed. The linear range is 0. 02 ~ 3. 5 μg/mL and the detection limit is 0. 012 μg/mL. The application of determination of GEN in injection samples provides satisfactory result.关键词
