Preparation and Properties of Glass-ceramic Composite Coating from Fly Ash

Abstract
Glass/ceramic composite coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by solid state reaction method using fly ash as raw materials. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the composition and morphology of the ceramic coatings. The ceramic coatings' corrosion and wear resistance were also tested. The results show that the new phases, such as MgAl2O4, Mg2Al4Si5O18, AlPO4 and Cr2O3 are generated within the ceramic. The composite ceramic coatings have good thermal shock resistance. The acid, salt corrosion and abrasive wear resistance of the composite coating are increased 21.3,2. 5 and 6.6 times respectively.关键词
