摘要
Abstract
As a highly conserved nuclear protein, Fas death domain-associated protein (Daxx) can activate the Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway by binding to Fas death domain. In some cases, Daxx also has anti-apoptosis capacity. Daxx plays a significant role in apoptosis, which may lay a theoretical base for pathogenesis of some diseases.关键词
