Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a kind of common disease, which displays incompletely reversible airflow limitation. The imbalance of oxidation/anti-oxidation is the one of the major pathogenesis of COPD. Keapl-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1-Nrf2 (NF-E2-related factor2)-ARE (antioxidant response element) (Keapl-Nrf2-ARE) is a novel defensive pathway involved in oxidative stress of organism. It is important to explore the molecular structures of Keapl-Nrf2-ARE, the regulatory mechanisms of phase II detoxifying enzyme genes expression and how to the correct the imbalance of the oxidation/anti-oxidation in COPD.关键词
