Abstract
Central nervous system (CNS) injury is a disease with high disability in modern society, and it is widely believed
for quite a long time that CNS cannot regenerate once injured. Recently, epidermal growth factor and its receptor have been reported to play an important role in both CNS injury and restoration through multiple mechanisms including inflammation response, reactive oxygen production, glial scar formation, myelinoclasis and neuron repair.关键词
